​Mark of the leader is the way he our she edifies others. Mostly we are in a habit of bringing down others most of the time. Rarely we see few who have a  rare habit of building people up and all of them are definitely leaders. I have always kept myself in the association of leaders and without an exception I have seen them edifying me when ever they get a chance to introduce me. They will always made me feel taller. All my mentors know my blind spots as well as all problem points but they never bring them in front of others. They have always shared  best of me while introducing.

​I have learnt it and practiced it since my childhood as a leader in school, society, religious organization as well as in the corporate world. Every time I have seen edification building people and those leaders doing remarkable or impossible tasks for their leader.
